Great chippy everything freshly cooked
I purchased my first ever veggie pizza in my 52yrs on this planet. OMG, it was a thing of beauty, when I got home and opened the box I didn't know if I should eat it or frame it. I decided to look at it for a while as it cooled down. It tasted as beautiful as it looked. The veg on it was as fresh as I have ever tasted and it was fully loaded with cheese. The crust on the edges had those lovely well fired crispy bits without being burnt or overdone The underside of the base was perfectly cooked. I woke up the next morning and my first thought was, that beautiful looking and tasting pizza. My second thought was , I still had some of it left, Jamming !!!! I felt like a child on Christmas morning. 10/10 to the Chef. It was amazing. It was from the Speciality Pizzas menu, "The Veggie". Amazing value for the price and super fresh veg on it. I am a meat eater so "The Veggie" was a first for me, and I will get it time and time again. All meat eaters should give it a try, it was MIGHTY. Best Pizza Ever.
This place has a pure braw lasagna – ma siblings are always orderin’ it! The delivery’s spot on as well, like, ma family totally trusts them with that kinda stuff. We’ve ordered a heap o’ other things aff their menu too – so many that ah cannae even mind them all noo!
we came here to see if someone could order us a taxi after an event at Hampden. Zerra was absolutely fantastic. Went out of her way to help us book a taxi, kept coming out to update us and chase the taxi us and was just an all round lovely person.
the fritters are great nice and batter is perfect I used another chippy and the fritters are nothing compared to marini's yes I'm the guy vinegar and tomato sauce..Good stuff
I don't understand the bad reviews of this chip shop to be honest. Foods absolutely lovely the chip shop itself is absolutely immaculate and staff are all very pleasant. Everything is cooked fresh. Keep what yous are doing guys chippys a brilliant place to eat from. Thank you!
A pleasure to shop here. Nice, polite and helpful staff serving freshly made food in spotless oil. Well worth the eight mile round trip. Update. Has reverted back to the original pleasant owner. Food is just as good. UPDATE - Still brilliant
Disagree with the poor reviews but I guess its personal choice. Often here for events at Hampden, always welcomed. Food spot on.
